Is Undone N0.2 completely alcohol-free?
The production process includes the dealcoholization of the original beverage. According to food regulations, all drinks with an alcohol content of less than 0.5% vol. are considered alcohol-free. Undone N0.2 Juniper Not Gin contains less than 0.3 % vol. in its pure, unmixed state – comparable to the natural alcohol in grape juice or a ripe banana. Non-alcoholic wines and sparkling wines also have a similarly low residual alcohol content.
