20 ml pHenomenal Ginger Syrup
40 ml tequila (e.g. Tapatio 110)
30 ml lime juice
Shake in a shaker with ice cubes, then strain into a highball glass with
fresh ice cubes and top up with
80-100 sparkling mineral water
TNT (Tequila ‘n’ Tonic)
100ml sparkling mineral water
20 ml pHenomenal Tonic Syrup
40 ml tequila (e.g. Tapatio 110)
7.5 ml lime juice
Serve on ice cubes in a chilled long drink glass
