Description
The typical characteristics of a Negroni are the ingredients and the balance between bitter and sweet. The Negroni Chiaro, which we have developed in addition to the Negroni Classico, is an approach from a completely different direction with surprisingly unconventional ingredients. The basis here is a gin with three botanicals. The gentian spirit provides the bitter note, integrated into a house blend of two vermouths. Finally, the perfect combination of lemon spirit and a hint of mastic gives this creation its very individual note. The result is an extraordinary and complex drink with great length – perfectly balanced and ‘ready to serve’.
As with our Negroni Classico, all you need is a glass and ice cubes.
