pHenomenal TONIC Vinaigrette

6 cl lemon juice or good white balsamic vinegar
6 cl good olive oil or proportionally good, cold-pressed grape seed oil.
1 teaspoon pHenomenal TONIC
1/2 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
Pepper, salt, a little sugar if necessary

Shake everything thoroughly in a well-sealed, empty jam jar and pour over the salad.
