pHenomenal chocolate malheurs

120 g butter
50 g flour
80 g powdered sugar
3 eggs
250 g chocolate, Fair Trade – whole milk or dark to taste
3 teaspoons pHenomenal WINTER syrup

Mix warm butter and eggs to a smooth mixture,
stir in sifted flour and powdered sugar and then melted chocolate.
Grease a muffin tin well and spread the batter evenly into the tin.

Bake at 250 degrees for just 6 minutes and remove immediately when the malheurs are no longer wobbly.
Leave to stand for three minutes before removing from the tin to serve.
