The Negroni Chiaro, which we have developed in addition to the Negroni Classico, is an approach from a completely different direction with surprisingly unconventional ingredients.  The basis here is a gin with three botanicals. The gentian spirit provides the bitter note, integrated into a house blend of two vermouths. Finally, the perfect combination of lemon spirit and a hint of mastic gives this creation its very individual note. The result is an extraordinary and complex drink with great length &#8211; perfectly balanced and &#8216;ready to serve&#8217;.   <\/p>\n<p>As with our Negroni Classico, all you need is a glass and ice cubes.<\/p>\n<p>We developed this exciting version of a NEGRONI together with our friend Thorsten Lewin <a href=\"https:\/\/lewin.de\/pages\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LEWIN Men&#8217;s Tailoring<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These are the tasting notes from the Falstaff bottled cocktail trophy from 15.08.2025:<br \/>\n&#8220;Fresh, ethereal, slightly woody gentian jumps out of the glass, followed by light citrus fruit, some resin and tart notes. Wonderfully balanced on the palate, again with notes of gentian, resin and a fine bitterness.
