O\/Purist: The modern tsipouro for the bar scene<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tsipouro, a traditional Greek spirit, conquers the international bar scene with O\/Purist<\/strong>. Ten Greek bartenders have developed this modernized Tsipouro – ideal for cocktails. <\/p>\n

Made from grape pomace from typical Greek grape varieties (Malagouzias, Roditi) and Ugni Blanc, which is typical of Cognac, O\/Purist undergoes slow distillation in column stills. After maturing for three months, a second distillation cycle follows with aromatic ingredients such as wild pear, quince, orange, fennel and aniseed. <\/p>\n

The crystal-clear distillate offers a complex interplay of aromas: lemony grape notes, subtle pear and black bread on the nose, followed by a harmonious combination of herbs, fruit and fine honey and chocolate nuances on the finish. Soft, balanced and fresh – perfect for modern cocktails. <\/p>\n
